Passing the Baton of Faith

Missions Sunday 2019

What's Really at Stake?

HIGH NOON

Everybody faces conflict in life at some time or another. If we don’t deal with it in a healthy, appropriate way, inevitably it leads to a showdown. It may or may not happen at high noon, but there WILL be a showdown. And when that happens, nobody wins.

Join us for a new series on surviving conflict God's way. Everyone has conflict. Everyone has showdowns. We want to help you figure out how to deal with conflict in a way that doesn’t end up with your face on a wanted poster.

Easter 2019

NEXT

There are problems in the world and in our communities that we can't solve alone. But they are problems we can address TOGETHER. At first glance, the book of Nehemiah is mainly a story about people who did an impossible thing. But there are more layers to examine. It’s a book about what happened to the hearts of the people when they all worked together. How we work together will change how a generation sees God.

Join us April 7 & 14 for an important series, as we examine the story of Nehemiah and the impact we can have when we work together—for this generation and the NEXT.

The Hustle

You’re probably familiar with the shell game. You know, the one where a con-artist on the street cheats you out of your money by moving the shells around while you’re trying to keep track of which shell has the ball under it. You think you have it figured out,but when the shell is lifted up, the ball is gone—and so is your money! Sometimes dealing with personal finances feels like that. We feel hustled—by trying to keep up with bills, expenses, taxes, even the Joneses! And it seems like the more we hustle to try to keep up, the more we get hustled! But there’s good news, God has a plan for your financial freedom—and we’re going to share it with you. Join us for a new series that’s guaranteed to help you keep your eye on the ball.

FOR

At NewPointe our goal is to create a church for people who don’t like church. We are bothered by the fact that many unchurched people are more familiar with what the church is against rather than what the church is for.

At NewPointe, we simply want to be known for what we are FOR. We are FOR families, couples, singles, students, and kids. We are FOR our communities. We are FOR Eastern Ohio. Simply put, we are FOR people. Why? Because God is FOR people. So we want the people in our communities, the people of Eastern Ohio to know that God is for them, and we are too. Join us for an important new series that will help each of us better understand who we’re FOR and how we can make a difference by living it out.

Series runs February 3-24.
