THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Each Sunday, staff and volunteers work hard to create a safe and meaningful experience for your children.
Here are a few things you need to know to help us make their time in the Rainforest great!
• Doors open 15 minutes before the adult service begins.
• Security is a focus for us. We require all children to checkin before entering the Rainforest. Details about check-in can be easily found right near the Rainforest entrance.
• It is important to inform us of any allergies or health concerns your children have.
• To keep our environment safe and disruption-free, we re-open our environment for pick-up when the adult service concludes.
• For the protection of all our children, please do not bring your child to the Rainforest if they exhibit any of the following:
fever in the last 24 hours, vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours, common cold (onset through 1 week), any unexplained rash,
cloudy or green runny nose, pink eye or any other communicable infection, persistent cough, or any communicable disease.
THANKS FOR MAKING OUR WELLNESS EFFORTS POSSIBLE.
WHAT TO EXPECT
INFANTS
We know that leaving your new baby for the first time can be overwhelming.
The volunteers in our infant classrooms have been chosen for this age group because of their love for babies.
While you are attending our adult service, your child will be receiving incredible care and a great experience, just like you will receive!
WE HOPE THAT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WILL HELP YOU AND YOUR BABY HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
Please bring diapers, bottles, pacifiers, and any special blankets that will soothe your baby.
Label all items that belong to your baby.
To ensure that your babies receive the best care, we adhere to a one volunteer to every two children ratio in our infant and crawler classrooms.
2-YEAR-OLDS
Our teaching plan begins in our two-year-old classrooms. Your two-year-old will participate in
age-appropriate and creative activities and play.
You are the best teacher for your children, so each month we provide a Small Talk
online that provides topics for discussion and activities to reinforce what they have learned that day.
3S – PRE-K
We want the Rainforest to be the best part of your child’s week. The hour is divided into several parts –
a warm welcome by coaches and small group leaders who engage your child as they enter their room, with fun activities to grab their attention.
Just like our two-year-olds, each month we provide a Small Talk online. Have fun with your child using
the activities to help them remember the Bible lesson from that week.

BABY DEDICATION
Baby D at NewPointe is so much more than a service or event, it is the beginning of a partnership between us and you, as the parent,
that we hope will span the lifetime of every family that participates. Baby Dedication is a joint expression of a parent’s desire to raise
Christ-centered children and NewPointe’s commitment to empower and equip parents in that calling. Baby D is open to all families with children
birth through 2 yrs. old.
WE FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT WHAT HAPPENS AT HOME IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHAT HAPPENS AT CHURCH.
Baby D Celebration is the first milestone that we celebrate in the life of a child. Milestones are strategic times in the life of a child or
student that we leverage for spiritual growth.
